Fares and Discounts

In most cities, rideshare rates can be complicated to figure out. Many factors can be used to calculate what you may pay for a ride. For example, a rideshare company can charge a base rate just for picking up a passenger ($5 - $7), then charge so much per mile travelled ($2 - $3 per mile). If the driver has to wait on the passenger to enter the vehicle, they can charge another rate for that ($1 - $5 per minute).

Also, factors like the time of day (late night or early morning), traffic conditions (rush hour), weather conditions (rain or snow), and transporting to specific locations (like an airport) will also affect the final charge for the ride.

Simple Pricing

With Fast Rides based locally in Galion Ohio, we try to keep our pricing simple, but fair.

We charge a basic flat rate of $10 per ride for a pick up and drop off anywhere within the Galion-Crestline area.

And if you need to travel further, we have varying rates when transporting to neighboring communities, increasing the further away from Galion you go. Below is a common list of rates for surrounding communities.

Round Trips, Seniors, and Military get 25% discounts on all rides.

We also offer special rates for regular pick up and drop off that’s needed on a reoccurring basis, such as for school, work, daycare, etc. Please contact our office to set this up.
